Please include a note stating the nature of the repair and be sure to include your name, address and telephone number. Be sure to ship your item by an insured, traceable means such as UPS or insured mail.

Is there a charge for repairs?

Repairs that are necessary due to excessive wear or carrier damage are charged at cost. If there is a charge for your repair, you will be notified before the work is done.

How long will it take for my repair?

Repairs are usually completed in
7 to 10 days. In the event that the repair
will take longer than this, you will be
advised of the delay.
